The Anchor Project is a wellbeing, connection and resilience program for Young Carers aged 12 to 18 across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. It helps Young Carers build confidence, strengthen their wellbeing and develop practical skills for navigating challenges at home, at school and in everyday life.
Through group resilience workshops and wellbeing activities, participants explore topics such as stress management, mindfulness, movement, creativity and self-care. The program also provides a safe and supportive space to connect with other Young Carers, share experiences and build meaningful friendships.
The Anchor Project combines online and in-person sessions, helping Young Carers participate and stay connected wherever they live. To join The Anchor Project, submit an application for support.
